Les Cousins Marc & Adrià is a project located in the town of Porrera and created by two cousins of the same age who have shared small experiences, friends and work. A search for different emotions that they try to retain in each bottle. One wine, one moment: “L’INCONSCIENT”, “SAGESSE” and “L’ANTAGONIQUE”.

Vinification: it is harvested by hand in 12 kg boxes. Before entering the winery, the grapes pass through a selection table. Both varieties are drained, and the Grenache is placed separately in a stainless steel vat and the Carignan in a cement vat, where they begin fermentation. Once pressed, they are beaten and transferred to a 2000L cement vat. We will let the mixture rest for 6 months in the cement vat and after bottling, this vintage of Sagesse represents a change, especially in the philosophy and methodology of aging and aging. Once bottled, we let it “rest” in the cellar for 3 years before releasing it to the market.

Why Sagesse? “savoir douter est la moitié de la sagesse” are the first lines of the label (“knowing how to doubt is half of wisdom”). For moments shared with people who make us better.
