L’Inconscient
Varieties: 37% Cabernet, 29% Cariñena, 17% Black Grenache, 12% Merlot, 3% Viognier, and 2% Syrah

A wine made to be enjoyed. A memory of innocence, freshness, and shared laughter in childhood and not-so-childhood.
Vinification: Hand-harvested in 12 kg boxes. Grapes go through a selection table before entering the winery. Destemmed and fermented in stainless steel tanks. Short macerations between 4-6 days. Pressed and aged in stainless steel and 7,000 L cement tanks for 7 months.

L’Antagonique
Varieties: Black Grenache and Black Cariñena
Region: DOQ Priorat
Vintage: 2021

A full-bodied yet delicate Rosé; we blend the juices of Grenache and Cariñena to create a wine with character and determination. It’s a rosé that has emerged from a “Blanc de Noirs,” where we seek to break our patterns, confront our contradictions, where we necessarily depend on the opposite to move forward.
Vinification: Hand-harvested in 12 kg boxes. Before entering the winery, grapes pass through a selection table. Destemmed directly into a vertical press. Gentle pressing, and the obtained must ferments in a temperature-controlled stainless steel tank (approx. 18-20ºC). Racked and aged in 54L demijohns for 1 year before bottling.

L’Inévitable
Varieties: 34% Grenache, 33% Viognier, and 33% Merlot from the Villa de Porrera.

Vintage: 2021

L’Inévitable is born because we need to go towards the light, in search of our concerns. It is inevitable that we change, update, and reshape ourselves by breaking established paths where others follow without questioning why.
Vinification: Hand-harvested in 12 kg boxes. Grapes go through a selection table before entering the winery. Destemmed and fermented in cement tanks. Grenache is vinified separately, with a 10-day skin maceration and closed pumpovers. Merlot and Viognier are vinified together with a 5-day skin maceration and closed pumpovers. Pressed and aged in 100 Hl cement tanks for 9 months.
