This wine is the result of a desire, of an intuition. Faithful to the path of recovering part of our history, our tradition, we wanted to make a Mediterranean white wine from local varieties: Garnacha blanca, Macabeo (Viura) and Cartoixà (Xarel·lo). Voluptuousness, elegance and rectitude… Big words.

It has fermented in wood, with unselected yeasts, which have been responsible for an alcoholic fermentation that has lasted… 10 months! A great Mediterranean white wine for aging.
