And this particular vintage, because for the first time it is made only with 100% red varieties and without going through wood. Direct. A reflection of contradictory moments, a sum of opposites.

A black Garnatxa and Carinyena wine from the town of Porrera harvested by hand in 12 kg boxes. Before entering the winery, grapes go through a selection table. It skids directly into a vertical press. A gentle pressing is carried out and the must obtained ferments in a stainless steel tank at a controlled temperature (approx. 18-20ºC). It is transferred and left to rest in 54L demijohns until bottled.

Since its origins, this red grape white is, surely, the most risky wine of Les Cousins.
